Mallory’s advice is raw and real and comes from the heart.  She is open about her struggles and connects with her audience in a way that resonates.  She has fought the fight and continues to fight, she knows what you are feeling and wants you to feel better as she learns to feel better.

My Story

The first time I had a panic attack, I was a missionary in Paraguay.  I was triggered by seemingly normal circumstances. I was overwhelmed, and freaking out.

When another missionary called the mission president, I was informed that I was experiencing a panic attack and that everything was fine.

Everything is fine? I was shocked. What I experienced felt far from fine.

I have since had dozens if not hundreds of panic attacks of varying intensity, and I havce learned that, well, it is fine.

The danger feels real. The thoughts are so convincing. But everything really is fine.

I want to help you understand that panic won’t hurt you.   You are going to be okay.   You are going to recover. You are not broken.

Follow along and I will teach you everything I can to try to help you.  I love you guys.  Stay Calm.
